I've followed all the manuals and instructions but every time i try to use the app it waits for ages then says "not responding" please see attached screenshot

can anybody help, I'm running windows 7 home premium

Good day.
1. What type of the internet connection do you have? Are you using router, proxy? PC is connected to local network?
2. At what moment application stops responding? When you start it, when you try to reset waste counters?
3. Also, please, make sure that no other application (firewall, antivirus, etc) blocks internet access for WICReset.
