At this point I have spent more than ??????? 20 and I have not gotten anything. I have to ask for a refund?
after the key reset and the technical intervention via teamviewer the problem was solved very quickly and the staff was really kind.
Now my firmware is downgraded to older,but compatible cartridges are still not recognized. Too bad, but I have a lot to thank the staff that solved the problem successfully.
