    Although the feature list for the WIC Reset Utility claims that it can "ink charge" (prime) supported printers, and also that the Epson Artisan 810 (AKA Stylus PX810FW) is supported, it cannot. I have my Artisan 810 hooked up via USB, and the utility can see it and read the waste ink counters. However, there is no option to "ink charge" my printer. Can this be fixed, or am I using the tool incorrectly?
