I have 2 epson px710w printers and both have the same error "printer error has occurred. Turn power off and then on again. For details, see your documentation " wicreset tells me that counters are at 63% and 1% and that they are OK. Does anyone know how to fix this and will buying a key and resetting the counters bring these printers back to life...??
