I have the XP-610 and need to roll back the firmware.
It has NONE of the buttons sited to enter the firmware mode, it is a touch screen display.
How would I enter into the firmware update mode? I foolishly accepted a firmware upgrade in
October and now have problems with messages that my off brand cartridges aren't compatible.
There is no way to touch these points and make it enter to firmware update. Is there another
way or will you need to make a program that will emulate the Epson program so this mode can be
entered by the software?
I have used a key to reset the ink pad counter, thank you for this.
