Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer. A wise investment into this program. Thank you.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! thank you for the free trial!! I think the printer companies should give low income customers the reset key free!! It took me a few tries to get this to work, but was successful. You saved my day!!

Hi. I tried to reset printer Epson EP-901f (japanese model). I tryed everything possible I could - SCC utility, soft reset,.... so far no luck. Then i bought this and it reset my printer just in second. Thanks for good job. My printer is back to life again. I paid for this printer about $550US. Now I can use it again just for spending extra almost 10 dollars. It\'s worth it. Thanks for your great job. Well done!

Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.
