The reset utility works great for my Artisan 700. Thank you SO SO SO much for making this available for Mac. You can\'t imagine how much hassle you\'ve saved me - trying to get a Windows machine to run a reset utility on... Excellent service altogether. Many thanks from Ireland!

Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. I replaced the ink pad unit and still nothing i you tube it and wic reset it in five minutes not a scam it was amazing thank you
