I have an epson artisan 710 and using the wic reset couldnt have been easier. I received the reset key almost instantaniously via email and even an idiot could have been able to use it. My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! brilliant - absolutely brilliant. Thank you. Thought I would have to trash my printer and the unused ink cartridges. Only hiccup was needing to disable my security protection to install this wonderful product. Used it as a trial - which proved it worked - then bought the key to finish the job. I am wrapped as you have saved me hundreds of dollars as there is nothing wrong with the quality of the printing. Cheers, Alan.
