GPT 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2018 After putting in key to WIC app, XP700 does not respond. Downloaded app. Connected to XP700 via WiFi cable. Looked at Ink counter. All good. Bought reset key and inserted. Msg on app screen that counter had been automatically reset. Powered down XP700. Powered up XP700. Homw screen on for a second, then blank screen followed by flashing power button. WIC app and printer utility both indicating that XP700 not connected. What to do???? GPT 0 Report post Posted July 22, 2018 Well almost. Powered down again and back up and problem repeated itself. Trried a few times and then it came on. However trying to do a nozzle check from front panel, kept messaging to put paper in cassette 2 and start. Kept repeating. Went to check out WiFi status and requested to print out status.
