    I'm getting this message [with WicReset v.3.01.0001] after clicking on 'Create report': "Testing completed. Could not gather any useful information about device. Report is aborted." My printer shows blinking green light on start up and after a few secs all lights on: green and 2 red. Appreciate any help.
