    The CiSS cartridges stopped recognizing. Bought new ones -didn't help. Downgraded firmware to 2011 through WIC -didn't help. Followed the instructions with original cartridges/turn on/off --nothing. Summary: never ever Epson and never ever Keys for $15 Cad. Waste time and money.
