    I bought the 3800 Adjustment program, extracted it and ran it on my Win7 system. The printer is attached to USB01 and the windows utility communicates with it, BUT, the adjustment program says the printer is not connected. i am trying to perform an ink fill. Any suggestions? Thanks, Paul
