Wow, I cannot believe that this actually worked. I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website. (used on Epson Artisan 800).

The method described in program was easy to follow. My only problem was having no computer shortcut. The information which came with the key explained it to me, again no problem. It the reset worked. Best buy I have made this Year!! Gerald

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. I was skeptical, like I'm sure we all are when buying something new online, but I simply turned off my Epson Monitor, under maintenance tab, bought the key, turned off my printer, then turned it back and and IT WORKED! Well worth $10.00, just so I don't have to buy another printer.
