I bought a demonstration Epson Artisan 800 from Office Depot. The waste ink pads were "used up" after just a little use. Your reset software and the manuals for this series of printers. really saved the day. You provide a valuable service to Epson users. Thanks

Thank you for all your help. I got my printer printing again. I had trouble with my OS as I have Linux but it worked fine on my mac. Thanks again, Joyce

NOT SO SIMPLE IF YOU ARE A MAC USER. I WASTED 3+ hours trying to download and activate on my MacPro. NO SUCCESS. Took me 20 minutes to install on my spouses' WINDOWS PC. OK....printer is functional again but it has NOT been a pleasant experience.
