Troubleshooting
| The on-screen message "The printer is not ready" appears. | |

An error has occurred. |
Make sure that printer control panel indicates READY. If any other message appears, solve the problem by referring to the Reference Guide of EPSON Stylus Pro 4000. Restart the computer. |
| The on-screen message "Cannot communicate with the selected printer" appears. | |
| Cause | Solution |

The printer is not connected correctly. |
Make sure of the following: Printer is turned on. Appropriate cables are connected to the specified printer. |
| The printed sheet is damaged or not ejected. | |
