Well...that was scary...I did a check on you and you are trusted so I over road the security settings of my apple mac. And now ...for FREE...my ink pad issues are over for the time being. THANKYOU.

Excellent , i was a bit dubious about buying a key in case it didn't work or that it could be a con , but im very very happy i did get this utility & purchased a key . I used this utility to reset my Epson SX-110 which was giving me the message " ink pads had reached the end of their life " & needed service i ain't paying �49.99 just to have a sponge replaced , so a big THANK YOU for the tool & I WILL TELL MY FRIENDS WHO HAVE PRINTERS ALL ABOUT YOU .

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Thank you! I paid less for my Epson R320 1 year ago than Epson want for servicing it. I had printed a head a nozzle check 2 days ago when I put in a new cartrige all printouts were perfect but today my Printer told me it needed service and refused to work. Your fix showed me two things the Ink wells did not need flushing as stated by the Epson Tech and that my printer had been set to only run half the usual plates so that was why the service notice cam up so soon after I purchased it.
