I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key.

This is too damn difficult. Why can the link not just download the executable?

Did more research and to resolve the error, aside the firmware downgrade, I removed the ink, unplugged the printer, turned the printer back on, and placed the Ink's in individually pressing done after each ink. Doing this I was able to get it back up and running again.
