This app saved my life for my Epson ET 2850 I was skeptical. It was a bit of a hassle at first, but once I figured it out, it worked perfect. So far, I only had to buy a key and did work. I'm very Happy!

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I just bought the Epson Artisan 800 ink pad resetting software and it did the trick and totally reset the ink pad counter just like advertised. However, I must give anyone who uses the software a piece of advice. The product will not work wirelessly. You MUST connect your printer via the printer's USB connection. The printed material that comes with the download does not mention this. I had to play around with the printer before I realized there had to be a USB connection. Once I figured this out it was a snap to get the printer to reset and the error I was getting has now stopped appearing! I could not be happier with my purchase and I must admit I was a skeptic when I first bought the download. You guys are terrific and I will never fail to but again from 2Manuals.com. Peter

Have had series of 8 Epson Printers. Artisan 837 had over 12700 printed pages and 4000 4x6 photos when it gave up the ghost with \"inkpads have reached end of life\" error.
I spent hours with Epson Support level 2 and they were very nice. Printer \"out of warranty\" so how about a new one. Went to Amazon and Bought Epson Expression 860.

Epson support said take Artisan to Epson Authorized Repair Center....I did. They said \"it\'s out of warranty, we can\'t waste the time (or money) trying to fix it!!\"

Used Epson Reset key from Epson 10 times and each time it , the error on inkpads, recurred. The Epson Utility does not do diagnosis like WIC Reset Utility!! Bottom line...Fixed my own machine for very small price and I am ECSTATIC! Thank You, Thank you and Thank you!! Very Happy in San Diego
