  Sure wish your live support was online. I could understand it being down on New Year's Eve, but not today. I sent an email to this effect also, but no reply. The reset key worked, thanks. For just half a day, however. Not what I expected for $9.99. Please advise.

  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!   I didn't go to the AS center and immediately solved it at home, and I'm using tissue to absorb lung ink! It wasn't a waste of money at all! Thanks a lot!
