You sell me adjustment program for Epson l382 but I cant reset waste ink You made me buy the program for the epson l382. reset function forwaste ink pad is not functioning

As you can see in program description - L382 Adjustment program is for making printer adjustments only.
For waste reset use WIC utility.

I have three Epson R290 Printers and this is the second one i have had to reset. Your system is the best by far and for $9.99 you can't say no. Yes i was able to purchase the waste pads from a place for only $5.00 so now I should be able to keep on printing. Thanks again guys well done.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer.
