Good day. I have to clean my printer head EVERY hour. Then it prints fine. Until I leave it for an hour. So this leads to waste pad full and I have to purchase a key every time. Is there another way to go around this problem please? I cannot afford to buy a key every week.

You have to make 2 things
- clean parking station first - then inks will not dry on printhead;
- use high quality inks.

Foarte multumit, am cumparat on-line in 22 decembrie 2016 - codul (Key) - a durat 5-10 minute (inregistrarea pe site si plata), am instalat softul lor in care am introdus codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou. Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara. Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o. Recomand cu drag. This is my second purchase today, for the same utility. Purchased under \"ian@cinnamoncafe.com\", had no end of problems. Once I paid the system did not let me in. Tried to change the password and it sent me 3 updates to the correct address, then informed me that the e-mail and password where both incorrect. Still have no joy. Decided to register again at ian@jonesi.demon.co.uk, and everything worked smoothly!

Hi, This is the second time I have reset my waste ink counter in about 18 months. Disappointed that the key I ordered (OS X Mac version) came to me as an exe. Luckily I had anticipated this and had a PC at the ready. That of course worked like a charm. Thanks anyway.
