I have a Epson TX700w printer I contacted epson in Australia for a fix for full ink pads. They were about as much help as an ash tray on a harley. I pulled the pads out joined a hose to the ink drain hose drilled a small hole in the case put the hose through to a bottle on the out side ink pad problem solved. Downloaded the WIC Reset Programe Reset counter job done. The printer is working like a new one. I will never buy another Epson product again. A big thankyou to the Wic Programe you have saved me a lot of money. Bill.

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Its great! It saves a lot of money to be spent in vain. I tried from various service centres, but nobody guided me properly by using ur software and reset key, it takes hardly 5 minutes to complete all the procedure. Artisan 710 running again and saved a lot of money. Thanks a lot!

Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer. A wise investment into this program. Thank you.
