thank you so much 2manuals for the reset key and assistance, i'm a baby boomer but i found it easy to do and am so glad i saved a printer, first time i have ever done this and hey i did it, thanks heaps.

i purchase a waste ink pad reset key .but reset key is not working properly.and i pay the full payment. but product key is expired so please give me a new product key which is working properly. and i request to you that you must give the genuine key . which is that costumer will satisfied in first time. please give me a quick response. thank you. ============Answer:============ You Reset Key is NOT used yet!!! I spent 4 hours trying to get my r340 to work then l I used your program to reset the protection counter. I have just printed 5 pages and 4 disks. Slightly cryptic instructions but it worked perfectly. it took me all of 5 minutes.

So simple and effective. What Epsom is doing should be 100% illegal as it is predetermined obsolescence. Very pleased with the product and will recommend to everyone!

Hi-If you knew how technically challenged I am you\'d get a good laugh but I print lots of stuff for family history and you have saved me and my printer twice now. Thanks for the help! It works like a charm even though I had no idea what I was doing.
