Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!

I just bought the Epson Artisan 800 ink pad resetting software and it did the trick and totally reset the ink pad counter just like advertised. However, I must give anyone who uses the software a piece of advice. The product will not work wirelessly. You MUST connect your printer via the printer's USB connection. The printed material that comes with the download does not mention this. I had to play around with the printer before I realized there had to be a USB connection. Once I figured this out it was a snap to get the printer to reset and the error I was getting has now stopped appearing! I could not be happier with my purchase and I must admit I was a skeptic when I first bought the download. You guys are terrific and I will never fail to but again from 2Manuals.com. Peter

Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful. I have three Epson R290 Printers and this is the second one i have had to reset. Your system is the best by far and for $9.99 you can't say no. Yes i was able to purchase the waste pads from a place for only $5.00 so now I should be able to keep on printing. Thanks again guys well done.
