I had some issues when ordering the reset key, but i contacted the website via email and they immediately got back to me and sent me the key code. ran the program and the printer now works again. I had tryed the reset utility from epsons website, but it didnt work how it was supposed to, it would reset but when you would go to print it would go back to the flashing inkpad needs replaced. I will have to print for a while and see how long this actually works, but for now this has saved this printer from going into the trash. I am glad i stumbled across this program and the website. I tryed everything possible I could - SCC utility, soft reset,.... so far no luck.
Then i bought this and it reset my printer just in second. Thanks for good job. My printer is back to life again. I paid for this printer about $550US. Now I can use it again just for spending extra almost 10 dollars. It\'s worth it.

I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. codul primit prin e-mail - de la ei si in cateva secunde totul functioneaza ca nou.
Imprimanta mea Epson R285 - resetata acum a 2-a oara.
Prima data, de frica am apelat la o persoana, care tot aici a resetat-o.
