As you can see in program description - L382 Adjustment program is for making printer adjustments only.
For waste reset use WIC utility.

  Works slick...and why shouldn't they make some $$ for their key and Utility? I appreciate not having to send the printer to Tech support or buy a new one like Epson suggests- when it was a piece of cake to do myself.

  Chipless activation broike during installation. Can not use the key again. Absolutly no help from the support, just typical phrases. No help, no new key, no money back. It's a rip off!

  Very simple to perform on my Epson ET 2760. I received the ink pad reached its end-of-life error message on my printer. I replaced the Maintenace box and then used the reset key I purchased, and it seems to have fixed the issue.
