You sell me adjustment program for Epson l382 but I cant reset waste ink You made me buy the program for the epson l382. reset function forwaste ink pad is not functioning

As you can see in program description - L382 Adjustment program is for making printer adjustments only.
For waste reset use WIC utility.

You blokes are a bloody god send. This allowed me to get the Epsom printer going again. Talk about a rip off by Epson!!

I made the mistake of upgrading the firmware in my Epson XP-434. That caused my ink cartridges to not be recognized. I found this WIC Reset Utility after after searching for original firmware version. I bought the key and plugged it into the utility, and bingo 10 minutes later I was up and running. Thanks a bunch 2manuals.com!

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!
