  Holy crap this is a lifesaver / money saver / mental breakdown saver and just an amazing product. I was on the verge or completing my order for a new printer when I came across this site. Why spend $200. for a new printer when $10. can breathe new life into my old Epson Artisan 835 with CISS. I'm good to go now, just have to get a waste ink system installed and I'm back in business. Thanks.

  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   se avete problemi con l'esaurimento dei tamponi e la vostra stampante vi dice che č arrivata al termine ,non disperatevi con questo programmino potete azzerare i contatori che registrano le vostre pulizie e quando siete arrivati al 100% la stampante non va pių quindi scaricate il Wic Reset ,istallatelo e comprate la chiave che viene 9,9 dollari inseritela nel programmino e la vostra stampante ritorna come nuova.

I tried the free reset key through Epson.com but their servers don\'t work anymore and there\'s soooooooooo many errors.
After hours of frustration I paid the $9.99 saying, \"What do I have to lose?\" Just like the other reviews said, you\'ll be all set within 2 minutes.>The reviews have spelling errors (ha ha) so real people are writing them. And to leave this review that I\'m writing, the site made me log in (proving I have an account and truly am a customer that tried it).

  NOT SO SIMPLE IF YOU ARE A MAC USER. I WASTED 3+ hours trying to download and activate on my MacPro. NO SUCCESS. Took me 20 minutes to install on my spouses' WINDOWS PC. OK....printer is functional again but it has NOT been a pleasant experience.
