  I did not use the printer Epson Pro 4900 for a long time and even after 5 or 6 powerful manual cleanings for all inks the paper was staying completely white !! I did the Ink Charge and cleaning process described in the soft and after that the machine is working 100% fine In France there is no way to get this software except if you work for Epson !!!

  Ace. I downloaded the programme which told me that one waste ink was at 65 % and the other was at 100% This told me that the programme was communicating with the printer (Another utility I tried would not even talk to the printer.) This gave me confidence to buy the key to activate the reset. It worked in seconds and my now perfectly functioning A3+ printer is no longer a pile of scrap. If only Epson UK were this good!!!

  Absolutely horrible. If you have a Mac, do not buy a key as it will not work. Spent 2 hours on line chatting and got no where. This is a bad site. I will be protesting the charge with Am Ex. These people are SOBs. Probably cheating missagain fans. Reply: use this guide for MacOS https://forum.2manuals.com/index.php?/topic/81227-mac-osx-developer-cannot-be-verified-solution/
