  It took me a while to actually understand how to locate the Epson Status Monitor 3. It was a simple disable after that and a simple running of the program after that. I am up and running again!!! Thanks.

  This is my second purchase today, for the same utility. Purchased under \"ian@cinnamoncafe.com\", had no end of problems. Once I paid the system did not let me in. Tried to change the password and it sent me 3 updates to the correct address, then informed me that the e-mail and password where both incorrect. Still have no joy.   Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key. Having just purchased a key, I successfully reset the waste counters to zero. I also bought the new wastepads from OctoInk.co.uk. Great software which saved me a lot of money, thank you.
