I was a bit too quick to get going and installed the key into the wrong printer; hence I had to purchase another key! Anyway, the second one worked a treat and I thank you for your efforts, even if it did cost me $19.98! Raymondo

I was ready to trash my Epson 1400 but decided to give 2manuals.com a try. I purchased the usb sender tool and firmware upgrade as well. Had my printer fixed in minutes! Great work and products! Hello - just great! Greetings from Germany - Es funktioniert auch mit dem Epson PX810FW perfekt - einfach hinten per USB anschlie�en und das kostenlose Programm laden. Wenn der Drucker gefunden wurde, den Reset Key online per PayPal kaufen. Habe sofot den Key per E-Mail bekommen. Jetzt noch 3 Klicks und der Drucker ist wieder wie neu.... Danke und Gru�
