The method described in program was easy to follow. My only problem was having no computer shortcut. The information which came with the key explained it to me, again no problem. It the reset worked. Best buy I have made this Year!! Gerald

I tried using the free utility Epson provided, the counter reset to 40%, then after a print I got the error again. I gave WIC a chance out of desperation and it work! Saved me from throwing out a perfectly good printer and buying a new one. I use CISS and do a lot of prints and head cleaning. I cleaned ink pads myself but will set up a waste bottle when I get the chance.

et-2800 owner. process only took a couple minutes and worked perfect. i've had this printer for 2 years and i'm so happy to prolong its lifespan!

Thanks soooooo much !!!!! thought my printer was dead until i downloaded the reset utility and got my key. Process over and printer working in minutes. Saved the cost of a new printer. will recommend to anyone and use again if needed, as the service was 5 star plus.

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\\\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. The printer\'s ink pads are at the end of their service life. The program worked perfect.
