Thank You. I had just bought a new printer and Epson asked to update the firmware...unfortunately in the middle of the update my power shut off. I thought for sure I had deep sixed my brand new device. Even on the Epson website I could not find a manual firmware recover for my printer and OS version...others printers yes, but not this one. I found you website and thought I'd give it a try. Horray, My printer is back working again. While I am not happy to have to pay someone else for something that Epson should have given for free, your price was with-in reason and your software was easy to use.

Thank you. for the program. It worked on TX106 printer. Reset waste ink counter in few minutes. Not go to epson customer service. Good.

My Epson XP-800 max'd out on counters and died on me. Screen of death with printer disabled by manufacturers internal firmware. Researched the web and found these guys. The reset process and key purchase was easy to follow and after a few registration steps and a simple paypal transaction the reset key arrived, was entered and the printer was back working again. Saved me at least £80 on a new basic 3-in-1 printer plus ensured my existing ink supplies were not useless Thanks guys - thoroughly recommended

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. after only cleaning the printer (Canon G3400) three times in a short period, the waste counter was on 100% (almost new printer). tried the free tools which you can download to reset the counter, they all didn't work. Finally decided to buy the key here and didn't believe it would work. But it did, i can use my printer again and I am happy.
