Thrilled to bits - I thought my trusty printer was destined for the scrap heap ( although nothing wrong except it would no longer operate due to "ink pad full") and I would have to buy new, until I alighted on your product . Also if the ink pad actually causes problem tyou advise where I can buy a replacement kit and do it myself. You perform a great service to printer users. Well done!

My Epson 1280 started getting the dreaded flashing panel lights. The printer quit working all together. I found on the web, that the cause was the ink waste counter had topped out and the printer required service to reset the counter. Then I found this site and downloaded the manual and the service application. Ran the program and quickly reset the counter now all is well again! Worked like a dream. Thank you! I don't like throwing something (a printer in this case) away and consuming our earth's resources (buying a new printer) just because Epson make it difficult for me to avoid doing this. I wish Epson would make products that can be maintained by the product owner and this way contributes to the well being of our planet. This reset utility worked 'as described' and now, having cleaned my ink pads, I can get more value from the printer I already own. Thanks for this reset software.
