  This little app is a life saver. Got up at 6 am this morning as I needed to print out some important documents for later today, only to find that all the lights were flashing on my printer. A quick search on the web pointed me to this site and the app informed me that my ink pad was full. A few clicks later and my printer is like new again. Many thanks.

  Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Key is for one use only and can not be reset.
You need new key.
