The firmware is a piece of shit, the software isn't good either. And as for the support team, well lets just say that their not even worth anything, as any complications I have had(and others) haven't had any help from them. So you can thank yourselves for the loss, and give a big round of applause to any companies your in competition with. | | | toumi taher | 2011-03-31 21:16:54 | | salut ..... demande de deux key pour la reset countre imprimante epson p 50 | | | MING-CHIEH YANG | 2025-01-07 19:35:32 | | Before unzipping the downloaded file, please disable the antivirus software. The tool works great for me. The Canon G1010 is a great inkjet, and this tool make it live again. | | | mauro albanese | 2020-10-22 13:26:46 | | Just over a week ago, I figured I was going to be in the market for a new printer. When the error message came up on my Epson XP-610 stating that "Parts inside the printer are at the end of their useful life" I initially was quite disappointed. However, after a quick Google search for that phrase, I came across the OctoInkjet website. After a little further research, I decided to give the trial waste ink counter reset code a shot - after all, what did I have to lose - and, somewhat to my surprise, it worked! Knowing that I then needed to purchase a new set of ink pads and a reset key to fully resolve my printer issues, I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost of purchasing both of these items together. I then placed my order, but knowing that the product was coming from overseas (I'm in the USA), I figured it would be a minimum of at least a few weeks before my printer pads arrived. But, lo and behold, the pads arrived on my doorstep in just over a week! I was thrilled and so I quickly replaced the pads in my printer with the new set (which, by the way, were a perfect fit and the instructions provided were excellent), ran the counter reset program applying the reset code I had purchased, and everything worked flawlessly! So now it feels like I have a brand new printer (although it's probably about 5 years old) and I can continue to purchase inexpensive third party ink cartridges (which I have always done), continuing to save me money for years to come. Thank you OctoInkjet!!! I will certainly be telling others to check out your product. P.S. - I seldom write product reviews so this shows how impressed I am with this product. I particularly love it when a solution is provided that overcomes "planned obsolescence" by the manufacturer. | | | YuanYuan Wang | 2008-01-19 13:27:07 | | Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!!
Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer.
A wise investment into this program. Thank you. | | | Ali Aba | 2020-05-28 19:24:41 | | Merci
Clé d'activation reçue dans les brefs délais | | | hamacher rainer | 2015-09-26 00:51:30 | Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!
