This Epson Service Manual describes basic functions, theory of electrical and mechanical operations, maintenance and repair procedures of the printer.

This manual consists of 6 chapters and Appendix.

CHAPTER 1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Provides a general overview and specifications of the product.

CHAPTER 2. OPERATION PRINCIPLES
Describes the theory of electrical and mechanical operations of the product.

CHAPTER 3. TROUBLESHOOTING
Describes the step-by-step procedures for the troubleshooting.

CHAPTER 4. DISASSEMBLY / ASSEMBLY
Describes the step-by-step procedures for disassembling and assembling the product.

CHAPTER 5. ADJUSTMENT
Provides Epson-approved methods for adjustment.

CHAPTER 6. MAINTENANCE
Provides preventive maintenance procedures and the lists of Epson-approved lubricants and adhesives required for servicing the product.

APPENDIX Provides the following additional information for reference:

I purchased one of your keys and ran the software on the Epson Artisan 1430. It worked great, I now have a working printer. You spared me the expense of having to replace my printer. I can\'t thank you enough for your service. I have several other printers that at some point will be in need of your software as well. When the time comes I will call on your services again. I purchased four activation keys total, but I had an issue using one. John at tech support got it straightened out and I was able to complete the install on the printer. Now I can set up the CISS unit for Sublimation printing. I'm very happy, and can testify that this product works to unlock the firmware of your printer. (Epson WF-3720)

The Epson PP-100 should be supported (it is in your list), but in the WIC Reset Utility v.5.0.40 program the printer is not supported in the 'Control' button. What am I doing wrong ?
