Tried to change the password and it sent me 3 updates to the correct address, then informed me that the e-mail and password where both incorrect. Still have no joy.   The method described in program was easy to follow. My only problem was having no computer shortcut. The information which came with the key explained it to me, again no problem. It the reset worked. Best buy I have made this Year!! Gerald

  HELLO!!! Today I bought a key for updating the firmware of my SC P-600 printer. After activ ating the key, WIC started updating the firmware and the message "ROM is not writeable" popped up on the printer screen. Now when I power on printer - I get "Recovery mode". What can I do now?!
