The Xerox Docu Color DC12 Service Manual is the primary document used for repairing and troubleshooting.

WARNING!!!
This Installation is for Windows 95/98/Me ONLY!
1. Launch ODOCDEV.EXE.
2. Replace C:/XEROX/ODOC/DATA/BOOKS.INI on your PC to BOOKS.INI from downloaded folder.
3. Rename letter of CD-ROM drive in BOOKS.INI if necessery (default D:).
4. Launch C:/XEROX/ODOC/BIN/BROWSER.EXE and choose Xerox DC12 manual.

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. I am very, very grateful that this helped me in resetting the school printer. it is very hassle (avoiding corona virus spread) in my part to carry the printer from my place transporting via boat to the city (travelling for at least an hour by the sea) but with your help it solved my problem we can now continue the printing of the modules and self learning materials of the children since the classes will start on October 5. good job!

The wicreset program is really easy to use. I had an "E-11" error: An ink pad needs service. I reset my XP-530 and now it works fine. Thanks!

First thoughts were $9.99 is a bit much but you've got to see this in context. My printer is perfectly ok. EPSON are trying to rip me off to buy a new one. These guys have the skills to let me get one over on those rip-offs at EPSON. Well done guys.
