  Thank you so much. You have helped me twice now. Once 2 yrs ago and just today, with the reset key to get my printer going again and I am so happy as I love my printer and it works perfectly and doesn't need to go to landfill.   Awesome. I made a mistake ordering 2 codes (I needed just 1). They called me (I'm in Italy) to ask if it was an erroneous "double click"...and they deleted the second order. I still can't believe it. That's PURE QUALITY. (Of course the whole thing works and the printer is doing his work). THANX!

  Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!
