I was able to reset an ET-4800 using a USB cable. At first I could not reset due to wireless connection but after changing to a USB it worked great. Epson tech support told me a complete lie. When I called, the first tier said it could not be repaired so I had him move me up to next level. That tech support lied to me as well, telling me they recommend getting rid of the printer as it cannot be repaired. Such LIARS!! |
