Nevermind. Did more research and to resolve the error, aside the firmware downgrade, I removed the ink, unplugged the printer, turned the printer back on, and placed the Ink's in individually pressing done after each ink. Doing this I was able to get it back up and running again. Thanks!

The reset key worked perfectly. The whole time to purchase a key, download the software, and reset my R2400 was about 5 minutes. Excellent product! Highly Recommended

XP322 ran out of copies and froze up. I read up that it was an Epson device to sell more printers but discovered your site just before treating it to a display of bad temper. The 20% of extra time will make the replacement question easier and i can use my stock of ink up on this 4 year old printer. I may even use your services to zero life the counter as it isn't a bad device really. Thank you so much.

Good morning. I have two questions, if you´re so kind to help me. 1) The expiration date key. Does it mean once we get it, we have a period to use it? Or what the expiration date referenced to? 2) If the printer has a problem and we have to format it again, will the key information lost and we need a new one, or does it be able to be used again?. Great, for me absolutely great and excellent ! At my first email contact with 2manuals.com I received a fast response to a question about my printer and then I've been spend ~20 $ for the RX420 Printer manual and one RESET- Key , and it works :-) The Printer manual even is absolutely recommend for Technic freaks , escpecially the pictures in the 'disassembly/assembly' --_ section 4.3.10 Waste Ink Pads are useful.
