Worked perfectly on my Epson XP-950. The "Trial" option made it possible for me to verify that the software works as expected before I purchased a key. Having just purchased a key, I successfully reset the waste counters to zero. I also bought the new wastepads from OctoInk.co.uk. Great software which saved me a lot of money, thank you.

after only cleaning the printer (Canon G3400) three times in a short period, the waste counter was on 100% (almost new printer). tried the free tools which you can download to reset the counter, they all didn't work. Finally decided to buy the key here and didn't believe it would work. But it did, i can use my printer again and I am happy.

It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing. Success! I installed a OctInkjet waste inkpad overflow and tried their reset to no avail - they furnished your link. Your reset fixed my RX690 Epson printer within minutes . Ink started to flow into the overflow immediately (just as well it was installed). I did apattern check-all six colours perfect. Thank you Brian
