I always bought the key and it arrived correctly, but unfortunately in my last 3 purchases, the key did not arrive. I already sent an email to support with the order number with the problem, they told me that everything was resolved, but nothing was resolved, and I still don't have the key. very bad and slow customer support, it took almost 2 days for useless response.

I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . I finally succeeded after a few attempts and the firmware downgrade worked !! Now I can use my non-OEM ink cartridges on my Epson printer Thank you for this excellent piece of software, well worth it Best regards

Have to confess I was a bit dubious about spending the money and whether it would be worthwhile, but am pleasantly surprised. Where others charge almost as much for a couple of single pages of info of little use, your manual is the complete one and indeed well worth the cost. Hoping it's going to enable my printer support guy to fully fix the problem with mine and save me having to shell out a LOT more to get another printer. Thanks.
