To get the best print quality, we recommend that you use certain dialog boxes in the EPSON LFP Remote Panel depending on your purpose. Refer to the table below.

Printing on Epson special media with the best print quality

Perform Auto Nozzle Check and Head Cleaning in Auto Adjustment Dialog Box.

If the nozzles are not recovered after print head cleaning, go to Power Cleaning to perform power head cleaning.

Perform Auto Bidirectional Alignment in Auto Adjustment Dialog Box.

Perform Auto Unidirectional Alignment in Auto Adjustment Dialog Box.

Note:
If you are not satisfied with the results of automatic adjustment or if you want to use the media you cannot select as Media Type in the Auto Adjustment dialog box, go to Bidirectional Alignment Dialog Box or Unidirectional Alignment Dialog Box to perform manual alignment.

Printing on non-Epson special media with the best print quality

Perform Auto Nozzle Check and Head Cleaning in Auto Adjustment Dialog Box.

If the nozzles are not recovered after print head cleaning, go to Power Cleaning to perform power head cleaning.

Perform Auto Bidirectional Alignment in Auto Adjustment Dialog Box.

Perform Auto Unidirectional Alignment in Auto Adjustment Dialog Box.

Note:
If you are not satisfied with the results of automatic adjustment or if you want to use the media you cannot select as Media Type in the Auto Adjustment dialog box, go to Bidirectional Alignment Dialog Box or Unidirectional Alignment Dialog Box to perform manual alignment.

Go to Custom Paper Setup Dialog Box to set and save the appropriate settings into the printer.

Go to Activate Custom Paper Dialog Box to activate the setting saved in the printer.
