Absolutely fantastic. I got the error message and removed the ink pads ans washed them, don't think I got all the ink out though! Then I used this program as a 'trial' and it worked wonderfully, Printing all OK again and I thought I would need to buy a new printer. When it happens again, I will purchase new pads and a reset key - has to be cheaper than a visit to a repair shop or a new printer. Thank you so much

It worked on my MX892 !!! Thank you. It reset the Ink Absorber Counter, and my printer was alive again.

I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time . Je ne sait plus l'utiliser j'ai demander à en avoir une nouvelle mais je 'ai jamais eu de retour... donc pour moi application non fiable.

Thanks, it worked exactly as the instructions provided. The only matter now is to get a kit for the waste ink. No wonder the ink is so expensive - so much goes to waste. Where can I get a kit to store the wasted ink? Thanks again, Gary
