  Dear Team WIC, I was ready to buy a new Epson R800 printer today after failing all weekend to get my printer to work despite trying every technique suggested on the internet including the SSC Service Utility that still doesn't work for whatever reason?? Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!   Awesome. I made a mistake ordering 2 codes (I needed just 1). They called me (I'm in Italy) to ask if it was an erroneous "double click"...and they deleted the second order. I still can't believe it. That's PURE QUALITY. (Of course the whole thing works and the printer is doing his work). THANX!
