  I have an epson artisan 800. I tried using the epson waste ink counter reset tool, but it was worthless. I used the 2manual reset utility and it worked perfect, resetting the counters to zero. It was so easy to complete.

  I was a bit unsure about trying this at first but thought its only about fiver so give it a try, and i'm glad i did, it's so simple and you save money as well, i had a slight problem with the reset key at first so i e-mailed 2manuals, They sent me a new key and i was all sorted in less than no time .   Thank you so much. Purchased key followed instructions for reset everything working fine except cannot get ink flowing. Have used cleaner twice, nozzel clean, purge, still not working. Any suggestions? ET-2760
