Thank you for your help and the printer is working 100% wonderfully again now with your reset utility!!!   went very good for my epson dx5000. must have no firewall, no proxy and after that MUST restart computer. i did not get that in the first place. thanks...

I tried the free reset key through Epson.com but their servers don\'t work anymore and there\'s soooooooooo many errors.
After hours of frustration I paid the $9.99 saying, \"What do I have to lose?\" Just like the other reviews said, you\'ll be all set within 2 minutes.>The reviews have spelling errors (ha ha) so real people are writing them. And to leave this review that I\'m writing, the site made me log in (proving I have an account and truly am a customer that tried it).
