  Hi, I'm particularly satisfied of the Wic Reset Utility I just used for the 3rd time (2020, 2022 and now) for my Epson WP635 Printer. I had felt pads left from the last time, easily replaced them thanks to the excellent instructions found on octoink's site, then bought a new key and re-intitialized my printer in minutes.   The wicreset program is really easy to use. I had an "E-11" error: An ink pad needs service. I reset my XP-530 and now it works fine. Thanks!

  Program is easy to use, with the additional manual for reference. It allowed me to correct a corrupted EEPROM in the printer. All the .prn files are missing, so setting up the printer/scanner and the final print check are not possible. If you only want to reset the ink pad counter then there are cheaper/ free program available. Would give it a GOOD rating if missing files were included.

  Used the WIC utility to reset the waste inked counter (after cleaning the pads). Worked perfect! Printer is an Epson XP-710
