  Thanks, it worked exactly as the instructions provided. The only matter now is to get a kit for the waste ink. No wonder the ink is so expensive - so much goes to waste. Where can I get a kit to store the wasted ink? Thanks again, Gary

  It worked fine. It was just that we didn't know where to start with opening the program. I couldn't get it to install so there was an icon that took us into the whole program. I found out that if I clicked on the one icon it opened the one we needed. The service manual will be of great help for later when the ink absorption pad needs changing.   Great product. did the trick which always helps. I did watch your video on how you did it just incase i was doing it wrong and found that the video utility didnt look the same as the utility i used ie no Check button so was a bit unsure to start with. But the product is pretty much idiot proof.

  Dear John Re: 20748 / 20995 I would like to take this occassion to to say "Thank Very Much" for your reset product (WIC) on my epson sx115's. They worked perfectly and certainly did the job!
