  I did not use the printer Epson Pro 4900 for a long time and even after 5 or 6 powerful manual cleanings for all inks the paper was staying completely white !! I did the Ink Charge and cleaning process described in the soft and after that the machine is working 100% fine In France there is no way to get this software except if you work for Epson !!!

  I figured it out. I ended up purchasing the LJ 1100 manual. I just used a different email address and it worked fine. Btw, the service manual helped me out tremendously! It paid for itself easily. I will definitely be using your service manuals again in the future. Thanks,

  I was skeptical in using this tool, but to my surprise and delight it worked like a charm using the serial key (trial) for a quick 10%reset of my Epson Artisan 830. Yes, meaning that if you don't buy the key, it will only reset your printer 10% of the way. My counters are now at 89.99% and 90.00%. It states these counters will reach maximum soon. I only wanted to use the fax option of this printer since I bought a new printer with fill tanks that hasn't arrived yet. This product worked perfectly. I wish I knew about it this software tool before buying a new printer......

  I downloaded Epson's maintenance utility and couldn't get it to work. Found the WIC Reset Utility and it worked like a charm! Will buy the full reset key when I get my kit.

  Today my Epson printer stopped working. I have the tool they provide to reset the ink pad counter but it simply reports network error after network error trying to connect to the Epson server.
Since its Christmas eve and I need to print some gifts for my kids I was totally hooped until I found you guys. I just want to thank you for doing what Epson was unable to do. They suck, you rock!

  Was pulling my hairs out when my R340 displayed the message "parts reaching end of service life, see manual". As I know these printers are not made to be "servicable", and I am not ready to pay another hundred pounds for a new printer, I was devastated. Thanks to this service program, it took away the warning message and I can continue using my R340 with the CISS. Phew!! Please note that you DO need to redirect the waste ink or replace the waste ink pads or you may risk dealing with an over-spilled printer. A wise investment into this program. Thank you.
